We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided by the AI. Users are solely responsible for verifying and relying on any output from the Service.

BuildGenius disclaims all liability for any decisions made or actions taken based on the AI-generated outputs. Users are strongly encouraged to double-check all AI insights against professional standards and human review.

3. User Content and Data

By uploading documents or data to the Service, you:

• Retain ownership of all content you submit.
• Grant BuildGenius a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and analyze your content for the purposes of operating and improving our services.
• Acknowledge that we may store your content securely, and may use aggregated or anonymized versions to improve our systems.
